Disappointed because there were a few bubbles in the polymer shade material! Put it up anyway thinking the bubbles wouldn't be too visible with the opal shade beneath, but they still show. Instructions are not great and they forgot to include the hex key to tighten or loosen the 3 screws on the top plate to make adjustments. It takes two people to install, as the shades are heavy and awkward to work with. We decided to keep it because it matches our kitchen pendant lights and I have been searching for a match for two years. Just hope no one looks to closely and sees the bubbles. They warn against using any cleaning products, just mild soap and blot dry. Cleaned shade before installing, but it needs cleaning again. Exhausted after the install and will get to it later!
