Just literally got my fireplace Love, love, love it!!! Flame looks realistic We tried the heat to make sure it worked and it surely does. Would definitely recommend this product

Quite nice looking, though coloring is more faded, almost monochromatic. Picture makes it look prettier than actual product. It does take the chill off a large size room. Comes with a remote but some of the settings described in the accompanying booklet say they cannot be used by the remote devise and there are no instructions on any way other to use them. Advertisement says you can use the lighted log look without heat but no where in the booklet does it offer that option. There are four brightness levels on the logs, all the way down to barely glowing embers. There is a humming or blowing noise when using, which is not mentioned in the item description. It is definitely noticeable so don't count on it being silent. Is extremely well packed and arrives in perfect condition. It should be mentioned box shows it is from China.
