Love it! Very nice fireplace love that it has a remote and different decorative fire settings. A piece of the fireplace did come cracked but, it’s not super noticeable.

I bought this for my daughter as a suprise gift during the snow storm , she LOVES it ! They put it together in under 2 hours….. its really cozied up her home in RI as well as keeping it warmer

Now I know why this fireplace was marked down. 3 of the boards had the holes either off a couple inches so they didn’t line up or on the wrong sides. I contacted customer support and since they did not have a fix other then returning it, my husband re-drilled holes and used Craig screws to reinforce it. Once the fireplace was assembled, we are happy with it. No thanks to Wayfair’s customer service in trying to make us a happy customer. I will not be ordering from Wayfair again.
