These are beautiful. I am happy with their design, so pretty. I gave it 4 stars because of their size. The dishes are small. I have an older pasta set with only 2 pieces left and thought I'd order another as I've used it so much. My older set is much larger and perfect. The serving dish on this new one is small for serving 4 people and will not hold too much. I like the design so much I will keep it maybe as a salad set.

This is a lovely set. Not earthenware but porcelain. The individual bowls are not large but they help with portion control. One can always have seconds. Very pleased.
