I have very poor lighting in my house and was thinking of installing recessed lighting, but then I found this, which is a much less expensive option. The lighting simulated the patterns of the sky, including sunrise and cloudy days. The remote is easy to use . Installation requires watching a you tube video, but that made it much easier . I ordered another one because my kids confiscated this one to the basement... highly recommend

I like this light. It is a great concept and really does give the effect of a skylight. Installation was straight forward with an existing light connection and didn't require too much work. There are several settings with dimming available on each. The pictures don't give the full effect but it is good for bright indoor lighting as well as the skylight effect.

The device only pairs on a 2.4 GHz network. Since we can’t connect to 2.4 GHz, the remote won’t pair at all—even though the back of the remote says it comes pre-paired with the light. My husband spent about 10 minutes installing it, and I tried troubleshooting for another five. Because we haven’t been able to pair it, the light is just stuck on bright and basically nonfunctional. I may give it another shot tomorrow and update the review if anything changes. It also doesnt come with batteries so make sure to have some AAA on hand.

I cannot say enough about this high-quality Skylora skylight! It is meeting our needs beyond expectation. Brilliant features, modern design, remote app and modern controls make this a clear choice. We are remodeling our closet, and this is going to be the perfect lighting addition , and more photos to come once installed. I am very excited to be able to change light color, depending on mood and also love the dimmable feature. So excited about seeing the final results! It also came perfectly packaged and was delivered with care. You will love every single thing about this light because it is perfect!

This light is super cool. I’ve always wanted a sky light but they are too expensive and I don’t want to cut to the ceiling then I found this and decided to give it a try. It turned out great, it very bright and the lighting is very soft ! I love it. 5 stars
