This light is so cute! A little smaller than I expected. I would have sized up for my room. Beware the light fixture casts a round shadow around the room due to the fixtures round shape that is light filtering. It could come off as an interrogation room, but I find it romantic and may move it to the bedroom rather then living room

Overall, a very attractive and well made light fixture. However, please be aware (as other purchasers have stated) that upon turning the light on, the beautiful yellow/ orange/ amber color will appear completely washed-out and virtually disappear, consequently revealing uneven textures in the coloring. Even when the light is off, the color is not quite as vibrant as shown in the advertised photos. Also, the particular fixture I received did not have as a robust base/ canopy as pictured - a bit on the small and thin side. I have to give 4 stars because it is a very nice unit indeed, but personally, it was not as I had expected.
