Kyersten 12.5 In. 4-Light Modern Small Crystal Black Semi Flush Mount Ceiling Light

This light is so beautiful and very pretty. It looks amazing when its lit up. I could post a picture while on because its so bright and shiny. The one complaint we have is that the little clips for each glass are very flimsy and fall out very easily. You will have to pinch them together to make them hold better. A suggestion is to use a low watt bulb because with the crystals, it is super bright. Packaged extremely well. The directions are very easy to follow. Installation was easy. The light does have some weight to it, so you may need someone to hold while attaching wires. We love the look. Made a huge difference in our hallway. Makes is look like super expensive. 5 stars

I thought this light was so beautiful but it has so many problems we nearly gave up on installing it. To start, initially it appears as though the fixture was packaged well, but after we removed the center foam we found nearly all crystal pieces were scattered at the bottom. None of the hooks were properly closed, so they all came off during transit. The crystal shade was wrapped in one layer of plastic wrap on the outside and in a bag. There was nothing securing them on the inside, besides a round piece of styrofoam. The crystal pieces should have been individually wrapped and secured so they wouldn't rattle in transit. Out of the 18 crystal pieces, 8 are chipped in various places. One piece lost a 1" shard on the side. The next issue was the useless instructions. It doesn't show you how to assemble the shade to the base and it took us hours to figure out which side was up and down. Turns out a crucial piece needed to go through the center hole of the shade from the long hanging tube was on the short hanging tube and screwed all the way inside you can't see it. After nearly giving up, I finally discovered the hidden piece and had to exert a lot of force with needle nose pliers to unscrewing the pieces. I received this item as part of the Tried and True program and I will not be purchasing another for other rooms. Pretty but not worth the frustration.
