Looks even nicer than shown in the picture and the installation was easy. The light shines up from inside and we added a small light at the base. Waterfall sound is relaxing. We turned the volume up to the max which is perfect from our sitting area of 15 feet away.

Don’t know what to think because the pump was missing from the package. I was offered a credit to my account, which I accepted, and I ordered a pump from m the manufacturer which hasn’t arrived and cost about $10 more than the credit.

Not great. It seems like cheap plastic, makes no water sound, and is constantly getting clogged up. I have to dismantle it at least once a week to keep it running. Additionally, the paint is coming off. Bad product.

Looks beautiful, runs amazing, with high enough volume that you can still hear the water in the busy streets of Toronto. While its a little lighter than I had imagined, the water tank is large enough to make it both heavy, and last long enough that I haven't had to refill for 2 days and counting running almost 24hrs/day. This is in Toronto weather early June (though the weather has been cooler). The only negative thing I can think of is I wish I could turn off the LED independently, and I wish the control for the pump level was outside. As it stands right now, the control is on the pump itself that sits inside.
