Very good construction and quality. Looks and works better than I ever expected.

It's very nice. Came fully assembled; just had to tear the plastic off around the insert. It's heavy but easy to slide on carpet or tile. The flames are nice and the heater works well. The fan for the blower is fairly quiet. I'm hoping to get a lot of use out of it.

I received this fire place today and it has damage on its corner. Missing paint and cracked.

Top of mantle has gouge that was apparently covered up at the factory. Poor quality.

We selected and purchased this fireplace which advertised it to be 41.33 tall. I needed it taller so we were planning on adding wood to the base. After my husband bought, cut, sanded and router the two pieces of wood and put it under the fireplace I measured it and it was 41.30 shorter than it was advertised with 2 wood strips under it. Plus when I went back to wayfair I noticed it was now 679.99 Instead of 818.00. I was supposed to hear back from them yesterday (1-3 days) 619 but haven’t been contacted I’m very irritated to say the least.
