[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great alternative to real wood. You don’t have the mess of the ashes and having to store wood. This is so pretty and makes my living room feel so cozy. Looks like it is real.

Looks great, love the features, but it keep blowing the fuses. Never had anything else do that and we run everything from miter saws, vacuums, heated blankets, and tons of everything else. Could be the fuse box and looking into that.

Great purchase. They work great. The sound is not authentic but I don't that option. Heats well.

I think for a faux fireplace experience this is great, ambience at the push of a button. Safe for kids and pets and set up was very quick - very pleased with my purchase
