Absolutely love this electric fireplace! It is just what I wanted for our sitting room, provides ambiance, and heat when we need it. Easy to use and intuitive remote control.

I was concerned that. most electric fireplaces that I've seen looked fake. This model is quite realistic -- most others that are real looking are 2-3x the price.

When I unpacked the fireplace there was damage to the small and large frame and also the lining behind the glass. This was very disappointing to see in that the last one I ordered it was perfect.
