Major letdown. Lacks durability, fragile, and arrived with extensive damages. Sadly, assembling it was such a hassle that I cant even disassemble it to send it back.

Assembly is a process...putting the top and bottom together is more difficult then anything else. One item was damaged upon arrival but customer service was exceptional in getting the factory to respond...now it is just a waiting game to see if the factory actually sends the replacement part.
