A solid mount, with a good clamp, hefty base, tight tolerances, and well-engineered pivots. There is some give in the final coupling between the arm end and the VESA bracket due to the quick disconnect, but it's taken up and damped by the disconnect's spring, and only really manifests itself if you're rotating the monitor between portrait and landscape. Plenty of lift in the gas cylinder to fully counterbalance a 14 lb LCD TV plus cables, after adjusting the preload and tilt screws.

We just ordered 14 of these. Easy to install, easy to adjust, stable, and reliable. So far a very good product

hold my 27 inch 4k and 34 inch ultrawide (34CB88) solid. Just make sure to leave some room behind desk for adjustment.

Easy setup. Worked well with my ASUS monitors. Takes some tightening to support the weight of the monitors but overall I completed setup in under 30 minutes.
