Can I do less than a star? Bought this product and was really excited to get my project setup finalized. After attaching the mount part to the projector, I then moved onto the next step in the instruction pamphlet, which involved screwing (using the included screws) to connect the flat wall mount to the main arm. The included screws DO NOT FIT INTO THE INTENDED HOLES. I tried using the included allen wrench, no luck. I tried using my power drill thinking that maybe the holes just need to be threaded for it to work. Trying this broke my Milwaukee 12v drill. I'm so severely disappointed in this product, and the quality control process of the manufacturer.
