42" Sable Mills Electric Fireplace with Faux Stone

My fireplace came damaged at the bottom in the front(as did the box) despite abundance of styrofoam packaging. It does not heat a 13’ x13’ (169 sq. ft) room even at max displayed temp of 86 degrees on the fireplace front. I had to cut the box to get the fireplace out as I live with my 77 year old Dad. So even if I could re-box it I couldn’t life the fireplace into my car to take back to FedEx to return it. And the 159 offered because it was damaged doesn’t solve the fact it is damaged and not working well enough to keep my Dad warm. My review, looks great if not damaged on the front. But won’t warm a room for your loved one!

Item arrived broken in half... Looks great if it was one piece. Manufacturer should def box these a lot better.

This is by far one of my favorite purchase I have ever made. It came directly to my door in only 2 pieces so it was super easy to put together, installation/setup took maybe 5 minutes. I love the 3 different flame looks, the adjustable heat feature, the remote, and how easy it is to use. This piece is GORGEOUS and has quickly become the heart of our love. It was originally more than I wanted to spend, but now I can easily say it was worth it. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Adorable fireplace and very efficient. It arrived with damage to the back edges and box.. it looked like it was dropped en route. I contacted Wayfair via the app and submitted photos. Within a day they issued a refund. Had there not been damage, this fireplace would have been perfect. And Wayfair’s customer service has been above 5 stars as I move into a new home and having to furnish the whole house… it’s a great help and relief.

This fireplace is beautiful , however , the finish is quite fragile . On top of that the sub straight is white . Mine had small pinhole defects in the darkest ( wood look ) colors that showed as white specks . Like dust that should wipe off but it was permanent into the finish . It is a bedroom size fireplace not a living room size and the fire effect is quite stunning , probably one of the best fake fires available . Mine also came in badly damaged , and needed returned/refunded , so I contacted Wayfair customer service , and the situation was handled promptly and fairly . In the end if this were purchased to place in a bedroom instead of living room , I may have had it replaced , despite the frail finish . It is very nice to look at !!!
