Other than the cord being 2 foot shot to get to a plug outlet we consider the unit as a very nice unit. We would order this grand if fireplaces again.

Excellent insert. Very realistic artificial flames. Great logs design. Good remote and heater. Very satisfied with Wayfair purchase. Having the issue with log condition, but Wayfair is took care the issue. Highly recommend.

We really like this fireplace. It fits our opening perfectly and looks so realistic. It puts out a lot of heat too. It is easy to operate with the remote. I highly recommend.

The insert looks great and was easy to install. It does not put out nearly as much heat as previous models we have owned.

I bought the Napoleon’s Woodland 24 electric logs as a replacement for the Napoleon Woodland 24 ventless gas logs. The gas logs put off too much heat for my room and I could always smell the odor of gas. My fireplace was never used. I absolutely love the electric logs. Realistic flame, multiple settings for flame and heat, easy install,fits my fireplace perfectly So many compliments.

creates very nice ambiance, however, last one broke within 2 months - if this one stays working I will upgrade to 5 stars.
