This has made a huge difference with my cookies. Everything bakes evenly and my cookies turn out perfectly. The cooling rack is great.

Rack is a bit of pain to clean even when using non-stick spray.

Nice to have silicone mat and rack to fit my cookie sheet. Silicone mats are great for cookies. They slide right off.

Nordic makes wonderful cookie sheets. This one however has gouged marks on two corners and the bottom has a deep scratch from something metal. Besides that the pan has a light weight rack with little rubber feet, a silicone mat, and a durable sheet that provides excellent baking. Easy to clean surface.

Just ok. The weight of the products is a bit lighter than other baking sheets I own. Finish on baking sheet came off when I mistakenly put in dishwasher. The silicone mat and the rack are made in China, not USA as I had assumed since the baking sheet was made in USA.

Amazing...we’ve used it for bacon and it has come out the best. Cleaning the rack after usage is easy too.

These are the best cookie sheets I have ever owned! Always had problems with the bottom being darker or almost burnt with other cookie sheets, but not with these. They're a little pricey but so worth it. Would definitely recommend. Will be purchasing another one shortly.

Nice solid and quality set. More square than a normal 1/2 sheet pan but it's a nice size for just about any oven task.
