Arbre topiaire artificiel 38 po bicolore à trois boules avec pot rond non éclairé

The shipment came in a very damaged box. The topiary item was NOT damaged, but I did not like it because it looked too fake, plastic, and the color was lime green. I called to report the box damage and was told I could ask the FedEx vendor to provide new box or repack. FedEx said that the warehouse did NOT pack this properly with any cushion and therefore the damage happened. They complained that Wayfair packages often have damage due to this packing issue. FedEx offered to repack for a price of $11 which I paid for. I asked Wayfair to reimburse me, since I was not at fault for this packing. They refused, therefore I'm not only disappointed in the product but also the shipping and warehouse service. I'm reconsidering ordering more Wayfair products because of this issue. I've had good service in the past but now I'm not happy with it now. They need to discuss this with the warehouse and the vendor. I was refunded the topiary cost but had to pay for shipping back and repacking.
