Item arrived in pieces. It was a Christmas decoration and we just unboxed it. We were unaware that Wayfair washes their hands of you after 30 days and no matter the reason, no returns or exchanges will be provided nor will they speak to you. My fault for not digging into the fine, fine print to find out the “what ifs.” Let this be a lesson on how not to do business.

Very nice cone tree. The sparkles fall off a lot, so I sprayed it with hair spray to stop that.
