Unfortunately it came broken! Head completely shattered. Seemed to be packaged correctly...wrapped in bubble wrap inside of a box, and that box put into another box with air “pillows”. The other figurine in a second box was untouched. Haven’t contacted anyone about returning...hope that goes well!
