Very nice trees. Looks nice on my mantle

Only one tree delivered and it was at the bottom of a large box- totally unwrapped- no bubble wrap- nothing- obviously broken. Sadly not first time from Wayfair. We’ll see if they refund quickly or if I have to “go after them”- pitiful-

The tree is very pretty, but arrived in two pieces, broken and very poorly packaged. Cannot get anyone to respond!

The trees themselves are so pretty so this review is more about the way they arrived, than the trees themselves. So disappointed in Wayfair's fulfillment/shipping providers. Ordered both the large and the small tree, and they both arrived damaged due to a lack of protection inside the packaging. These ceramic trees, were in a thin plastic bag and, in the box, had one air pillow under the pedestal and one air pillow above the star. They were not wrapped in bubble wrap so my initial order came with both pedestals broken off and also the stars snapped off. I contacted Wayfair, via chat, and they assured me the replacements would be better packaged. Both, again, arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. I am able to return them for a refund, but that's not the point.

Holiday show stopper! I have it by my front door outside! Fabulosity!
