Chute d'eau en résine Fountain

Only been in use for 2 months and one light already not working

I carefully chose this. One bucket was broken off the fountain from shipping and I mended it. My husband just died so I couldn’t set it up till now. The water recycling is inept causing the reservoir to empty and the well to over flow through the top. Last week, I was told that I would get an exchange and I could place it in the new box for a return. My account said I needed to return it before the exchange. I received an email saying that sending it back would get me a full refund but that I can’t get a replacement because they are back ordered. I called today. I wanted a technician to fix it. There is no one that can help me over the phone or to come out. They are sending me a 50 refund. On email, Wayfair is still saying full refund upon return. This is so frustrating.

Item appears to be good quality. The resin wishing well fountain was quick and easy to assemble. It looks as realistic as a resin fountain can look. Keeping my fingers crossed it stands the test of time better than the wooden wishing well fountain it is replacing.
