They arrived and was packaged well. They do look good for artificial plants/trees. I looked at several different web sites and local stores for "real looking" artificial trees for my back deck area and these were by far the best looking ones i've found for a reasonable price.

It is beautiful I have it in my building and makes the building homely I highly recommend this product

Overall the tree looks nice. The branch decorations look good and everything stayed intact while unpackaging and setting up. The pot and fake dirt were NOT packaged very well and about half of the "dirt" was broken apart and much of scattered throughout the box. The overall shape of the tree is somewhat narrow. You can extend/widen the branches, but then they look pretty sparse. We were looking for something a bit fuller and wider to fill a space.
