The fountain is beautiful....however....there is a major flaw with its design. It appears that the only way to keep it full of water is to manually fill it twice a day (or more) with a GARDEN HOSE! This seems like a bad design for a $2000 fountain. We live in AZ and because of the heat /condensation will need to manually fill it 2x a day, day after day, month after month. Not fun.... Due to the fact that there isn't a hole installed in the fountain, as you can see in the picture, we have constructed a "make-shift" water fill (an unsightly, ugly mess!) The other solution we can think of would be to drill a 1/2 hole through the bottom ( running the risk of cracking the fountain) and insert a hose with a water float valve through it up into the fountain. What do you suggest we do to correct this problem? Terri

My newly installed fountain has cracks and is leaking! I was worried about this when they delivered the fountain because the crate was damaged. I called wayfair about the damage they said if there is a problem we can return it but It took a couple of months to get help moving it to the back yard and installed. Wayfair only offers returns for a short time. Besides the cracks the pump they included can’t be installed in the area it supposed to fit into. We had to buy a smaller pump. Because we had to buy a smaller pump it doesn’t have enough head to get water up to the top of the ball. I won’t buy from Wayfair again.

It arrived late in the season... have yet to unbox! Weve got snow on the ground now, so it looks like it might have to wait until Spring! But hopefully its a beautiful in person as the photos!! Update we’ve installed it finally and it is absolutely beautiful. Make sure you have at least 3 strong men.. it’s super heavy!!
