I ordered several of these trays. Three arrived scratched. After uploading all the photos of the damage it looked like getting replacements would be quick and simple. Haha, they only shipped two. I spent an hour with customer service trying to resolve the issue. After an entire hour they said I had to wait four days and then try again. I have had so many issues with Wayfair orders lately.
