Chair is comfortable and perfect for shampoo bowl. Why a 3 because it can with stains on the left side I thought the color would be more pearl color but I’m happy

Good quality, very sturdy, heavy duty.

I needed a new salon and loved that is on was mostly black. It's not. The arms are chrome. Not to mention whoever packed it in shipping did a terrible job. The pump for the hydraulic is backwards, it doesn't let down when you push the pump all the way down and to pump it up you have to pump it by pulling it up. The handle for the recliner back was so bent in that it cause a tent in the side of the leather. An lastly the most important thing is it's not steady. When a client goes to stand up out of the chair, it almost falls over.

Great
