Love the Esthetic of it in my home. Perfect addition.

Measurements on the pictures and specs for the 60 in were off. The inside firebox is listed as measuring 46 in in the specs but it actually measures 56 12 in. I dont know if it was a typo or what. But it did not fit my recessed space because of that. I am able to use it downstairs but I had to order a different brand with my sizing needs to go in the living room

I recently contacted Wayfair about this fireplace purchased 9 months ago in which I had never opened the box due to waiting for a room addition. When ready I did open the box and the glass was completely shattered. Roma in customer service was wonderful in getting a full replacement sent to me. What I expected to be hard was easy. When the new one arrived it was in perfect condition. I am very, very grateful for this high level of customer service! Thank you again, Roma!

I love love this fireplace, the different colors of the flame. The heat that comes from the fireplace is fantastic.

Perfect! Exactly what we wanted! Love the color changing features and the temperature setting to set how warm you want it and it does a great job of warm up the space!

This was so easy to install, I put this on my bedroom wall and it completely has changed the entire room. It’s cozy, the heat works perfectly, the timer is great.

So far so good! I love the look, I haven’t used it for heating yet. I used both the crystals and the wood for my rustic farmhouse look.

This my friends is a very nice electric fire place.I have set upon my bedroom. We haven’t moved in yet so I can’t tell how functional it is but I turn it on to see how everything works and so far it looks well.
