Doesn’t come with a pump or hose. Customer service no help. They couldn’t recommend a pump or hose that is compatible with the item. Waiting for them to call me back for three days now

The waterfall was what I expected it to be. Very well made and easy to mount where I wanted it to be placed above the pond so the water can be heard from a considerable distance since it was easy to connect with the motor and tubing that I chose. I would highly recommend this product
