Thoroughly disappointed with Wayfair’s policies and sending me damaged goods! I ordered 2 copper bottles: one bottle ea. for my husband and I. I received only one bottle and informed that the other bottle was in back order. I was told will be several weeks before I received my other bottle. I waited for several weeks and nothing was sent yet. The copper bottle finally came by Fedex while I was away on holidays. I opened up the parcel and discovered that I received a damaged item. I cannot return the bottle because I was on holidays and missed the deadline date!!!! The bottle’s cap is dented and damaged with acidic substance. Inside the bottle was all sticky with a sweet smell. The inner top is all black, scarred and gritty when I opened the bottle. Wayfair sent me a used item, but I was told that I would have to wait several weeks for a NEW item. I tried to talk to a Wayfair representative, who was quite wonderful, but he must follow Mayfair policies which are horrendous! I will never, NEVER, never order from Mayfair again and will be posting on all my social media all photos of what I received and hopefully warn other people away from Wayfair. Absolute BS!
