the experience with FedEx has left me extremely frustrated. The box arrived today, and it was in terrible condition—crushed on one side, with the packaging tape barely holding it together. It looks like it was mishandled multiple times during transit. The plastic wrap was torn, and there are visible water stains, raising concerns about potential damage to the contents inside. I was home when the delivery was made, but the driver simply left it at my doorstep without any knock or notification, despite the fragile nature of the item. Given the state of the package, I’m worried the tree might be damaged, and I’ll have to go through the hassle of returning it or requesting a replacement. Wayfair’s customer service might be great, but this delivery fiasco has tainted the whole experience. I hope FedEx improves their handling and delivery process, as this was far from acceptable. 1 star for the delivery service—fingers crossed the tree itself is intact!
