Although the items arrived & are perfect for what I was intending to purchase "in the future", I was very disappointed in customer service when I telephoned to inform them that I just purchased this item prematurely - in error just a "few seconds" ago & wanted to immediately cancel & purchase the items at a later time; however, the customer service rep was not at all helpful, according to her, "the item had already shipped" which I knew was a lie b/c I've cancelled an item in the past, a matter of fact about a month ago & I immediately telephoned customer service who was very helpful, expressed her understanding & immediately cancelled my order for me; considering I'd telephone immediately after placing the order- which, the item hadn't yet been shipped from the warehouse. So, I pray that Wayfair's Manager, Supervisor or Owner reads this review & take the necessary action involving the female customer service rep who deliberately & intentionally, told a bold face lie that, she wasn't able to cancel the order, as the order had already shipped. I've been purchasing items from Wayfair now almost 7 years & and never encountered anything so appalling as not being able to cancel an item w/in seconds of purchasing it. If this is Wayfair's new protocol or instructions given to reps, so that orders can be quickly locked in at shipping, then it may be time for me to reconsider whether I want to continue giving my services to Wayfair.
