Def a gorgeous bowl and very sturdy/heavy. I wanted it as a salad bowl It’s a substantial and beautiful piece of wood. I thought it would be deeper and it could be but it’s just not carved out as much as I thought it would be. Because it’s more shallow and heavier than I expected it’s going to stay on the counter as a decorative bowl and I’m going to use a lighter weight bowl for salads.
