The instructions were difficult to follow, especially at the beginning of the project. There needs to be an instructional video on how to assemble it. I almost paid a professional after it was delivered, but it would have cost $266, so I decided to figure it out myself. I do like the chair. It is not as bulky as other massage chairs, and it has relieved lower back and shoulder pain. The foot-and-leg message is wonderful.

Very nice massage chair. Works great but I’m 5’2 and I can’t really get a good massage on neck and shoulders. I love how great the quality is and it’s way less expensive than others I had seen. Would recommend

Hardly used this chair. Went to use it, it doesn’t recline or message the upper part. Had it less than a year. Very upset. It was not cheap. Now I’m stuck with a broken chair
