It helped with my skinny makeup drawer organization problem. It’s plastic slides to the size you need. It adjusts length wise, but not the width of the drawer.

I am very happy with my drawer organizers - I ordered 2 to fit my very wide but shallow makeup drawer. I made several attempts at finding the right size organizer and wayfair had just what I needed. Now my drawer is organized and I can easily find what I need.

Great organizer. Extends to the perfect width for my drawer and keeps things in place and not scattering all over every time I open the drawer.
