Thais entertainmentbook shelf unit came in 4 huge heavy boxes. Thank goodness my husband had help from my visiting daughter otherwise we would have never gotten them in the house. Hubby opened the first box, hoping to find directions and hardware. We finally found them in box 3. If you like hardware, you will love putting this unit together. My husband discovers all boxes have pieces that go with each aspect of the unit so we would not have room in our living room for assembly. While moving box one down the stairs leading into the garage, my husband pulled his back out. The box landed safely. My daughter and I managed to get to the kitchen. There it lays until I can find someone to put it together. I’ll post when complete!

Once you get it assembled, it’s a very pretty piece. But do allow multiple days for assembly and take your time. The bookshelves get assembled first, then the mantel. It is very heavy, so plan according. Also it arrives in four very heavy boxes (approx 100 lbs each).

I cannot say enough good things about this insert. Never have I saw one unit with so many color variations! I love the timer so that it shuts itself off. I love the adjustable temperature from no heat to a lot of warmth. Its just a very nice unit!
