We have had these chairs for years. Very sturdy and holds up great!

Well I received this my neighbor put it together for me. I loved it until I didn't. This chair has a wiry type pull that broke within 3 months not replaceable. Luckily I bought the warranty which I normally do 8 out of 10 times. I called them they addressed it and I had my new chaise in no time, Service is always great from Wayfair. I think the wiry thing s not a good concept for the recliner period. Chair a 2 service a 10.

Chairs have completely broke. The reclining mechanism breaks super easy! Completely frustrated with the purchase of the 2 chairs!

Easy set up and install. Heat works really well. Massage function is just okay, really just shakes the chair and is really loud. Armrests are too firm and not super soft or fluffy. Overall, good chair.
