Chair is missing cord to attach remote. The pin type for the power cord is miss match of two different types. I'm not happy send me a shipping label so I can send it back. I would send photos but I don't know how to do that. I shouldn't have purchased made in China garbage.

So far so good. Cup holders are a good idea although not necessary for the person that we purchased it for. I thought the remote lifted the chair as well as heat and massage but it is only for heat and massage. To recline and allow for the lift from seating to standing you have to use the buttons on the left hand side of the recliner. This is the only reason I am giving it one less star. Cushion back takes 72 hrs to fully inflate so we'll see how much more poufy it gets. He likes the heat feature and the massage is an added bonus. I just hope if lasts

The chair is reasonably comfortable but the wood frame is clearly not cushioned and hurts.

This chair has no way for a elderly person to recline and sit up the back doesn’t stay up it lays down right when you start putting your legs up wish I could return chair to you wbecause we don’t like it at all Please tell me how to send it back no way I can pack it up i suggestion Please help me with this an 82 year old women wanted something to sit in thanks for listening and all wish I could return it I would need a better chair

Very comfortable also very pretty and helpful when my back is hurting. Love this chair. Can’t say enough good things about it. Brightens up the entire room.
