Breaks too easily. Have had to replace it once (because the undercarriage snapped; 4 months after purchase). The replacement broke within months of receiving it, as well.

First steel chair frame broke under the seat area. Wayfair reps did an outstanding job to replace the chair quickly for my disabled father. Thank you for your help.
