Plafonnier semi-encastré 2 lumières

I purchased this light in blue. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. It’s a beautiful light however, the glass is not tinted blue but has a blue film covering the glass on the inside. I am using the lowest wattage bulb and the film is cracking and peeling off due to the heat of the bulb.

Attractive light fixture. There is a tiny rough spot along the edge of the glass. I cannot add a photo yet because the electrician never showed. EDIT: The light is installed. In order to see the color of the glass we went through a few different bulbs, white & clear, low wattage, all of which were visible through the glass so all you saw were white spots. Finally my husband put in two amber bulbs, each 1 watt LED equivalent of 10 watts each. Finally I have the blue glass fixture I purchased.

I purchased the bluegreen version of this light for my front entry hallway. It’s a beautiful addition to our home.
