Product came in perfect condition and even extra parts (crystals, hooks). It looks amazing and will match a similar dining table fixture that I also purchased (waiting for a replacement on that one because it did come damaged). Only gave a 4 star because I do not know how easy it will be to install - we are doing renos and it won't be put up for about another 3 weeks. The instructions look a little daunting for doing the electrical connection but probably easy enough if you know what you're doing!
