Mable Marble Oval Spoon Rest

I really like this spoon rest. My weakness is anything marble. I imagine that it is prone to staining with acidic foods and tomato sauce but so far I have been using it for two months and no discoloration noted. There are darker spots as expected as part of the natural marks of the stone. While this might annoy some I do not mind them. A lot prettier than other spoon rests I have encountered especially if you have natural stone featured in your kitchen.

Great quality, but it stains so easily. I’ve used it twice while making pasta and it’s stained red from the sauce. I even cleaned it right after I used it, still stained.

I do like this spoon rest however I must say it’s a lot bigger and heavier than I had expected… it also stains very easily so if you have a spoon with red sauce I would avoid laying it down on this spoon rest. It is very cute however.

This is a really pretty and heavy utensil holder. The size is great and its heavy and sturdy. It was packaged strangely, packaged well in a small box then put in a bigger box with no padding that came completely squished. Sticker on it says clean with a dry cloth which seems confusing as it is meant to be used for utensils while cooking so will no doubt end up with food on it. To be determined on longevity due to this.

I was tired of having a spoon rest that only held the very end of the spoon. This one is absolutely perfect! Heavy solid marble and a great size for any standard stirring spoon. It even matches my counter tops

The spoon itself is beautiful and made of very solid marble material. Perfect size and color. My only issue is that a small oil stain would not come off even after washing it. Otherwise, this is a great spoon rest.
