Nice and sturdy. Fairly easy for two people to assemble. Be careful of the angle of the screws.

The Sunny Day Picnic Playhouse is wonderful. My daycare kids enjoys it. Also it was easy to sat up.

The last picture says it all. THUMBS UP!!! It was very easy to put together . Had it done within 20 minutes that was with several little arms helping. My Great Nephew wants to eat all his meals sitting on it but this 105 degree heat has limited his fun outdoors. Only issue was when it rained it held water, A couple holes in the floor and that problem was solved.

Such a cute play set! My daughter is 5 so it’s a bit small for her but I frequently babysit younger infants and toddlers so bought it for them to use. I would say it’s sized for kids 1-3.5. The only issue I see is water collects on the bottom so it’s probably worth drilling a couple of holes so it can drain. Instructions were pretty clear, all holes lined up and it took just under a half hour to build. I would definitely recommend for a young toddler!
