The larger of the 2 platters arrived broken into several pieces. I have been trying to report this since Friday. BUYERS BE BEWARE. Their customer service AI BOT is not very responsive/bright. THERE IS NO PHONE # AVAILABLE NOR ADDRESS EITHER FOR WAYFAIR. The drop down menu at customer service does not offer a “broken” or “destroyed” nor even an “other” box where the problem could be further explained.
