My only objection is that it doesn’t allow for temperature control so it doesn’t project enough heat when it’s really wind-chill cold outside that’s my fault for ordering the wrong item but realized it after the installation.

With a detailed product description, I did not fail shopping. The two-story house has a defect that is cold on the first floor and hot in the sun on the second floor, but thanks to this product, I am satisfied that I can spend this winter without being cold.

We use it often and the heat works well

I love this electric fireplace. It fit almost perfectly inside our fireplace. We the removed the window handles from our fireplaces and it slipped this one right in. The cord was easily tucked on the side under the bricks. It has 5 dimmer settings, 8 settings for the timer, temperature control, 4 settings for the color of the flames, and 12 settings for the flame bed where the logs are and the decorative fire glass go. This is beautiful! and is keeping me and my dogs warm. This is a great buy and I highly recommend it. You can place this anywhere in your home and plug it in a 120v, and watch and feel the magic!
