First, I have been working with Wayfair in some remodeling projects and I find them to be helpful, responsive and responsible. As for the fireplace, it is clearly as advertised. We use it in a small sunroom that is intended as "three seasons." Yet, the heat component of this fireplace makes it a comfortable "four seasons." It has all kinds of flame and surround color setting but I have settled on those I like and am happy leaving them there. The simulated fire is just about as mesmerizing as the real thing. I would call it a good buy.
