Ronneby Electric Fireplace Insert

Beautiful flame! Does put out some heat. Nice little realistic crackle sound of fire. The only slight negative for me is that I wish the bottom was higher as if it was on grates. That is the only reason I gave it four stars. Still looks great in our fireplace!

Very satisfied with this purchase. Arrived on time. Packaging was very robust and protective. Size was right on, so installation was simple. Rated only 4 stars because the sound feature has opportunity for improvement. I mounted this behind our existing screen which we decided to retain. Decided not to use the glass doors that were provided. Used this unit to replace gas logs as means to reduce our carbon footprint.

When the fireplace was delivered the top panel was dented. I don’t want to go thru all the trouble of returning. I had expected to receive undamaged product and of course a bit more care for the price. The fireplace insert itself is beautiful and fits perfectly. The measurements was spot on. And I look forward to enjoying some quality time with my family this fall and winter.

Way better than anticipated! Looks higher end & more realistic than most electric fireplaces I've seen.
