I thought the screen would be set further back from front of glass. It's very difficult to place the rocks on the wood insert because it is so narrow there is no room. If I were to go back I would have chosen a fireplace that blows the heat from the bottom of the unit (towards the floor) rather than the top.

We have only completed the frame of our fireplace (we’re planning to stone veneer it within the month), but I LOVE this fireplace for the aesthetics and the heat. It has heat settings and a thermostat that actually heat the surrounding area. I plan to post pics after the stone is completed. But for now you can see how beautiful this look in our living room. No instructional or functional problems at all. Works great. You can set heat temp, flame color, log color, brightness.

Arrived very quickly and was packages securely. We haven't installed it yet, but we plugged it in and it works beautifully. Lots of different lighting and color options, and it comes with a remote control. It's very large, so make sure you measure twice to make sure you have the room for the 63" fireplace. Recommended...

Beautiful choice of flame colors ! We added the embers and logs and it is simply breathtaking! We have a log cabin and the master bath has no ductwork . This is just perfect to set the ambiance for a nice long soak along with having heat in Winter - or I can enjoy the beautiful flame with no heat in warmer months . It is easier to install is when you have it apart to add logs embers - you a go ahead and hang it , then add the front piece . Much lighter and easier to handle ! Beautiful as well as functional!
