Looks great but doesn't put out a lot of heat. The fire crackle sounds more like a rain/storm sound. Everyone that sees it loves it though!

Looks great! Have yet to mount it on the wall but size and flames are really nice.

The look is nice. I just don’t like the noise when you turn on it’s loud buzzing noise

TITLE: PLEASE READ. DO NOT BUY!!! This product and supplier has cost me so much headache and stress. I placed an order on July 26. After several back and forth messages with several clueless customer service representatives who had no idea where on Earth the fireplace was, it finally arrived on August 30 - or after more than a month!! This was after I lost more money paying for a contractor who waited for the fireplace to arrive in order to install it in my living room. To make matters worse, the product arrived damaged with cracked glass and dents on the side. There were also scrapes at the top of the fireplace that were obviously painted over in what seemed as a refurbished unit. Very disappointing to say the least. Avoid this product!! Please buy something else!! Not worth it!!

The fireplace is awesome. Tons of heat and looks great. Came dented in a corner and the plastic led light diffuser/cover was cracked. They sent me an entire new fireplace as a replacement. Great customer service all around.

Ambiance without the labor. No need for chopping and stacking wood for the fireplace. This has the option of heat or no heat, with a range of colors and brightness. You can also listen to the roaring fire. Perfect solutuon for smaller spaces and remodel jobs. Pictured without the glass panel as we have not installed yet. We will build a wall to house the fireplace and our TV.

Let me start off by saying that I like the fact that it’s fully assembled just add the glass door.. however there’s no way I could mount this on the wall just insert. But I have a stand that I know will work. Other than that it’s very nice and for my husband man cave it will work.
