Beautifull and well made

So disappointed with this delivery. Not sure if the damage occurred with the shipper or if it was shipped damaged. The packing is weak and fell apart. This is a beautiful nativity set and was really looking forward to displaying it. Have requested a replacement, will see how that turns out. All in all, I recommend this nativity set.

Detail and Quality much better than expected!

I really like the nativity set, but it was wedged into the box. I attempted to ease the Styrofoam out of the box. It shattered into pieces. Somehow, Styrofoam got into the plastic protective sleeves covering each figure. It took almost 10 minutes to clean off the figurines and vacuum up hundreds of Styrofoam bits on the table, chairs, and floor. Some Styrofoam bits were tightly wedged into the folds of their "clothing". I have no idea how that could even be possible. At least the Styrofoam protected the figures from breakage.

The packaging is flimsy and was not shipped in another box to protect the fragility of the pieces. As a result, one of the pieces sustained damage. It will be a royal pain to ship back, I'm sure. THAT is next on the list.
