Unfortunately the Nutcracker arrived with the tray of burgers snapped off. I am quite sure this was due to the fact that the item was not wrapped with any type of protective covering within its box and that box was not wrapped or padded inside the box it was shipped in. Customer service was very nice though. Since it was the last available nutcracker of this style, I was offered half off the damaged one which I agreed to because I am pretty handy and the damage was a fairly simple fix by drilling a couple of tiny holes for a piece of wooden toothpick to be used as a tiny dowel. That and good glue and the nutcracker was good as new and working perfectly.

Such a great nutcracker. It’s so cute and perfect to have it near your kitchen for people who love cook like me.

He is going to be added to my Grandson’s collection for Christmas!! I know he will really like it!! Very well made!! Thank you!
